His writing covers many genres, he has a catalogue of over 80 original songs, and though he prefers to play originals he also covers many songs from the 50's to the present day.

Ma è soprattutto con la sua voce che vi incanterà l'anima. E' una voce potente e emozionante.Sebbene egli sia in grado di suonare una grande varietà di musica il suo genere preferito resta il  blues! 



 Strummer Vultee is from Tulsa Oklahoma, where tornados are expected. 

Should have known he would come to SL just like a tornado and leave his audience amazed and dazed.  But instead of heading for shelter, they go out looking for the next time he hits the grid! 

Strummer is an awesome RL/SL musician.  He can play keyboard, guitar, and his harmonica will blow you away! But what will really rock your soul his is voice. It is very powerful and moving.  Although he can play a wide variety of music, he really brings it home when he plays the blues!

Dee suona in  SL  sin dal Maggio 2010. Si è esibita in dozzine di club e il suo fan group "Dee's Meepers!",è in continuo aumento ed attualmente conta un centinaio di iscritti.
 Dee è una esperta musicista che usa una varietà di stili per promuovere la sua presenza musicale accompagnata da una presenza vocale davvero unica. using a variety of styles to  . Le Chi la ascolta rimane davvero impressionato dal suo livello di bravura ed amano il modo in cui reinterpreta le loro canzoni preferite, permettendo loro di ascoltarle come mai prima.
  
Il materiale che esegue è un’ampia varietà di musica brillantemente arrangiata acusticamente comprendendo pezzi che spaziano dagli anni   60 ad oggi - perlopiù   mainstream a cui talvolta aggiunge qualche pezzo meno noto.
Dee affronta qualche arrangiamento abbastanza complesso come   Classical Gas.

Nei suoi concerti include covers dei  Beatles, ELP, Radiohead, Fuel, Fleetwood Mac, Pink Floyd, SRV ed ovviamente esegue anche qualche suo pezzo originale.

Dee Taylor  -   REAL LIFE:
Dee  è transgendered in RL, e così non deve sorprendere il fatto che abbia un avatar femminile e che talvolta la sua voce suoni a volte maschile.a
Dee Taylor suona la chitarra da   30 anni e si guadagna da vivere con la musica da circa 9 anni viaggiando in tutto il sud est degli  USA  . Suona   basso,  chitarra,  tastiere ,  percussioni,  e canta  E’ anche uno scienziato ed un  sound engineer e ha registrato molti pezzi. a good bit of  I musicisti che lo hanno più influenzato sono stati  Rush, Yes, Tangerine Dream, Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin e molti altri!

La sua prima  band risale al 1981. Dopo aver suonato in modo discontinuo per i primi anni finalmente nel  1998  ha deciso di dedicarsi alla musica a tempo pieno entrando a fare parte di varie banche compreso un duo acustico ed una band  dance/funk  anni 70-80' chiamata Short Bus in cui Dee suonava il basso e cantava ,
Dopo una pausa dalla musica Dee è felice di essere tornato a esibirsi dal vivo in Second Life.I




 

Dee has been playing in SL as a solo acoustic guitar artist since May, 2010. She has played dozens of clubs and venues - always invited back. She has a continually growing hardcore following which includes (as of April 2011) 93 members in her group "Dee's Meepers!", and an additional 50 members of her Subscribe-o-matic notifier.
As opposed to many who simply strum, Dee is a well-seasoned musician using a variety of styles to promote a strong-driving musical presence accompanied by a high-caliber unique vocal presence. People who hear her perform are impressed with the level of musicianship, and many are thrilled to hear great songs done right that they haven't heard in ages. She does a lot of songs that are extremely challenging to perform, many of which will not be heard elsewhere on SL.
Material covered is a broad variety of music brilliantly arranged acoustically, from 60's through modern - mostly mainstream but adding in a few obscure selections. Dee tackles some rather complex arrangments like Classical Gas. A sample of artists covered includes Beatles, ELP, Radiohead, Fuel, Fleetwood Mac, Pink Floyd, SRV. Dee also has a few well written original songs - with many more on the way.

Dee is transgendered in RL, and so it should not come as a surprise that she has a female avatar, yet a singing voice which at times sounds very masculine.
Hi I'm Dee Taylor - I've been playing guitar for 30 years and made a living playing music for about 9 years, travelling over the southeast USA region. I play bass, guitar, keyboard, drums, and sing. I'm also a scientist and sound engineer and have done a good bit of recording. I was heavily influenced by Rush, Yes, Tangerine Dream, Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, and so many others!

My first band was back in 1981. After playing on and off, in 1998 I got into music heavily and went through several bands including an acoustic duo and a 70's & 80's dance/funk band called Short Bus. I played bass, ran sound, and sang about half the lead in Short Bus. I am happy to be back playing after a total 5 year break between 2005 and 2010.

NANCE Brody, è una cantante e cantautrice canadese,che suona e canta da quando aveva  13 anni .E' una  vera pioniera nel campo delle esibizioni virtuali on line, dove da tempo si esibisce per un pubbblico internazionale. godendo sin dal 1999 del prezioso feedback che tali esibizioni danno .

NANCE ha uno stile originale:la sua musica è un po' blues, un po' roots ma ama anche illuminare di rock i suoi pezzi originali.

A differenza di altri cantanti non ha alcun interesse nei confronti di una sua eventuale carriera in RL, ed alla domanda sul perchè di questa sua decisione, risponde in questo modo:"Il mio pubblico è qui inworld, i miei fans sono tutti online...ed allora non avrei davvero un posto migliore di questo per esibirmi e condividere la mia musica!"

Jon ama da sempre l' Acoustic Sound,  ed ha iniziato ad esibirsi all'età di 15 anni.
Si è sempre divertito a trasformare le canzoni rock in pezzi acustici ed ama la musica in modo appassionato.
"Mi piace condividere il mio passatempo" dice Jon,musicista della Pennsylvania, "la musica è a volte un vero balsamo paragonabile ad una medicina miracolosa,io  la uso per stare bene e sopravivere".
Jon ha sempre suonato prevalentemente come solista, talvolta si è esibito in un duo acustico, inoltre è stato bassista in una 80's Classic Band .
E' aperto a tutte le sperimentazioni musicali anche se preferisce il sound acustico. 
Nei suoi show Jon esege un repertorio di oltre 300 canzoni  con materiale di grandi autori come Cat Stevens, Pink Floyd, REM, U2 e molti altri che reinterpreta da grande musicista.

He loved to take rock songs and do them acoustically and is very passionate about music!

mamaa saiz

Mamaa Saiz is a newcomer to performing in SL but he has played around Texas for many years including over a decade with Bowley and Wilson on the Greenville Avenue strip.  He brings a unique treatment to a variety of music from jazz classics to country and western and throws in some comedy and tear jerkers along the way.

His acoustic guitar skills are amazing and he sings live with no back tracks.  He has been influenced by many musicians including Carlos Jobim, Glenn Frye, James Taylor, and more.

Bones è un musicista professionista in   RL.  Per oltre 30 anni è stato un session player  ed ha lavorato su molti progetti nel corso degli anni.

Ha suonato con Felix Papalardi, Corky Laing & Leslie West (Mountain), Steven Tyler & Jimmy Crespo (Areosmith), Jimmy Buffet, Adam Bomb, Jon Poustette-Dart, Micheal Murphy, Doug Kershaw, Peter Noone, Felix Cavalari (Rascals), Steve Stevens (Billy Idol), Nicki Hopkins & Mick Taylor (Stones),  Jack Douglas (John Lennons Producer), Marge Raymond, Rick Derringer, Steve Augri (Journey),  Micheal Shrieve (Santana)  e molti altri.

Attualmente ha una Opera rock basata sulla novella di Dickens “Storia di due città” che è stata messa in scena lo scorso autunno a   NYC.

Vive in un’isola a 30 miglia dalla   east coast  degli  USA e trasmette in diretta streaming dallo  studio di casa sua.

Ama suonare tutti i tipi di musica ed esegue solo pezzi originali scritti, arrangiati ed interpretati interamente da lui!  

Esegue pezzi  rock, blues, jazz,reggae  e dal momento che vive con una coreografa ha anche scritto tanti pezzi per danza moderna e jazz...

Pa Decosta

Pa Decosta is a guitarist/songwriter from Portugal, with a background of playing in rock bands.
He started playing in high school during the late seventies and hasn't stopped ever since.

His solo act in Second Life is a mix of his own acoustic songs with love songs from Brazilian composers and others, with the classical guitar as sole musical support.

He also plays synth guitar and improvises on more esoteric compositions when the mood is right.

Pa is also the vocalist and guitarist for the Produto Acabado Band,  a four member band from Portugal with vocals, guitar, bass, keyboard, and drums performing original smoking and driving blues!  Band members include: Guru - Guitar and Vocals, Cota - Bass, Mac - Keyboards and Jota - Drums.




Pa Decosta è un chitarrista e compositore portoghese dove ha suonato in varie rock bands.
Ha iniziato a suonare quando frequentava il liceo alla fine degli anni ‘70 e non ha praticamente mai smesso sino ad ora!

Nei suoi concerti da solista   in Second Life esegue un mix di suoi pezzi acustici originali e di canzoni di compositori brasiliani  accompagnato unicamente dallla sua chitarra classica.

A volte suona anche una  synth guitar e se si sente particolarmente ispirato ama improvvisare qualche composizione più “esoterica”...

Pa è anche il  vocalist e chitarrista della  Produto Acabado Band,  una band portoghese composta  da quattro membri ( voce,  chitarra, basso, tastiere e percussioni) che esegue pezzi blues originali.

Spotlight on Tb Andel

  

TB  (aka Joao Frazao) è un musicista portoghese che suona un tipo raffinato di world music, risultante dalla contaminazione del tradizionale fado portoghese con influenze di jazz e di musica afro.Il suo strumento è l'ukulele elettrico che non è originario come molti pensano delle isole Hawaii, ma lì giunse nel 1879 insieme ad una nave proveniente da Madeira ,con a bordo 419 emigranti destinati a lavorare nei campi di canne da zucchero.Per festeggiare l'arrivo dopo 4 mesi e 15,000 miglia di viaggio in mare, Joao Fernandes, uno di quei lavoratori in cerca di fortuna,cominciò a rallegrare i compagni suonando la sua braguinha (questo il nome portoghese dello strumento).Affascinati dal suono cristallino provocato dalle agili dita saltellanti fra le corda, gli indigeni giunti sul molo apprezzarono l'inatteso concerto e subito ribattezzarono lo strumento col nome di ukulele, che in hawaiano significa "pulce saltellante".TB Andel è un musicista professionista che ha fatto concerti in tutto il mondo, dal Nord America all'India ,dall'Africa a ll'Europa, accompagnato dai migliori musicisti della sua terra, animato dal desiderio di diffonderne la cultura attraverso la musica.Nel suo tour virtuale ripropone il medesimo repertorio,basato sia sui suoi pezzi originali che sulle musiche folk tradizionali completamente riarrangiate in chiave personale.La sua è una musica che difficilmente abbandona la memoria una volta ascoltata...

Do you want me to use your real name?/

 You can use my RL name of course :) its the RL musician who is behind TB Andel  so theres no problem at all call me João Frazão as well :)

Where are you from?/

 I'm from Portugal but I live in England at the moment.

How long have you been playing music?/

 I've been playing music for 29 years.. During all this years I've been playing with many well-known portuguese singers ( Rita Guerra, Roberto Leal, João Afonso and more... ) touring all over the world with some of them. I've been making some studio work as well as technician. I mixed and mastered "Joana Rios" CD  and several other CDs 

What instruments do you play?

 Well my main instrument is Guitar, i started playing guitar with 13 years old... but i also play electric ukulele [ this isntrument is designed by me and builted for me... its unique :) ] , eletric bass and Piano [ this 2 instruments im not great eheh but i play enaugh to record my backing tracks... on piano sometimes i need midi editing help ehehehe and of course i use technology.. samplers midi programming and audio editing and mastering.

How did you discover SL?

 Here it is a funny story.... first time i heared about SL it was in a TV show... im also a web programmer.. so i always spent a lot of time on computers, one day i was about to sleep ( my 6 AM   ) and I was eating before going to bed, I turned on my TV and I found a TV program that was talking about a brand new  "game" on t internet... well my "computer freak side" didn't let me go bed and I watched the program... at the the end of    came back to my computer again to install SL instead going to sleep bed ! So well I am here now playing my music ( some original, portuguese folk music and now some blues and rock as well )... and of course I become SL addicted  !

What has influenced you to get your to where you are today musically?/

 Mainly my instinct. I always felt music like my main way to communicate. About influences... I got some... I've always been listening  some Jazz, classical, some rock... loads of world music ,whch is my passion , but let me tell you during this 29 years playing music I never tried to copy any of the guitar players I listen to... I think I will never be able to feel the same as they feel.. so I guess it's better for me to play what I feel , and I hope that people will like it.

Do you think SL can be a valid showcase for your RL works?

 Sure! through SL, RL people can listen my music played live. Like in RL, every show in SL is different, musician mood to play depends on the crowd mood, just like in RL. I guess musician can make real good RL contacts here in SL to play RL. I'm still looking for my opportunities. I have some hundreds of people here in SL following  me in  every show,. I guess that if  I will play  RL next to their home town, I hopefully  think they will be there for me....

How would you describe your style?

 Hard  question! I don't know. I guess as TB Andel i would descibe my self as a world music player. I play portuguese folk music and original music. The portuguese folk music have a lot of influencies ( arabic, african, celtic) so i guess i mix a bit of all this styles in my music.  

Which are the sources of your inspiration?

 EVERYTHING !!!! all around me inspire me... if I feel sad for any reason i'll make sad music if I feel romantic I'll make romantic music etc etc... Every little thing might make me feel some music... thats why I love music I guess, I can express my self through sounds
