He started studying music when he was five, so definitely almost all of his life has been involved in music.
He plays mainly piano and guitar but he has a deep passion for ethnic instruments whose sound you can easily recognize in his albums.
Roberto considers himself as a sort of craftsman: he composes and writes his songs putting together his thoughts and his feelings with all the music and the literature he has absorbed so far.
His lyrics are rather inspired by his fantasy and by all the novels and poems he has read
He discovered SL at the end of 2007 and since he's always been very curious about new communications media he decided to do a sort of test, starting to do some live music concerts in-world.
He considers SL above all a social network that allows any musician to share his music in a very easy way and a valid showcase for his RL works.
He's been always listening to all kind music so it's possible to recognize many influences in his sound:among his favourites he includes international artists as Peter Gabriel, Bruce Springsteen, Paul Simon, Genesis, Deep Purple, Yes.
The Italian musicians he likes the most are Franco Battiato, Ivan Graziani, Angelo Branduardi, Ivano Fossati, Francesco De Gregori,Fabrizio De Andrè, Francesco Guccini..
He started doing a few concerts in order to promote the album "Controvento" in 2007 and due to a good feedback of the audience he finally did up more than 100 live gigs.What he likes the most in SL live music concerts is the chance to reach with ease in the same moment people living in different parts of the world
In 2008, December 22nd he released "Otrebor".In this CD he published the songs written during his youth, as Roberto says :"I simply performed those songs through the technical means on which I can count now, a sort of tribute to my teen years music".
In 2010 he released his third cd "Se io fossi Dylan" both in an italian and in an English version "If I were Dylan".
